Who is responsible
Fleura (playfleura.com) is the data controller for the data described here. Questions about privacy: privacy@playfleura.com
What we store and why
- Account — email, name, home club, handicap and tee. Needed to create your account, your scorecards and your player card.
- Play data — rounds, scores, shot data, Fleura tokens, games, events and tournaments. Needed to deliver the product and your statistics.
- Groups and friends — the groups you join and the players you connect with, so shared leaderboards work.
- Support — the messages you send us, so we can answer.
- Payments — subscription status and payment identifiers. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored by Fleura.
- Technical — login sessions, last active time and page, and error logs, to keep the service secure and working.
Legal basis
Account and play data are processed to perform our agreement with you. Security logs and fraud prevention rest on our legitimate interest. Optional product news is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
- Account, rounds and statistics: while your account is active.
- Presence and technical logs: up to 90 days.
- Support threads: up to 24 months.
- Payment records: as required by accounting law (currently 7 years in Sweden).
- Everything else is deleted when you delete your account.
Who can see your data
Your rounds and statistics are private to you. Scores, tokens and player cards become visible to others only in the groups, rounds, events or tournaments you join, or through a share link you create yourself. We never sell personal data.
Processors and storage location
Fleura runs on EU-hosted infrastructure. We use service providers for hosting and database, email delivery and payments. Each provider processes data only on our instructions under a data-processing agreement.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, restrict or erase your data, and object to processing. In the app: Settings → Your data lets you download everything as JSON and delete your account permanently. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited per user by row-level database rules, and administrative access is restricted and logged. Report a suspected issue to security@playfleura.com — see also our security page.
Children
Fleura is intended for players aged 16 and above. Younger players need a parent or guardian to create and manage the account.
